ruPasboy poster popping up everywhere

Reminiscent of the first generation iPod adverts.  I've seen tags and stickers over the past few months with the name Rupasboy around town.  Saw this poster today on various walls downtown.  Sorry for the bad resolution, took it with my blackberry junk phone

Googled the name, couldn't find anything relevant
