I was out this past weekend catching the sights and sounds of Venice Beach--bodybuilders, potheads, buskers, panhandlers etc. And blatant weed dealers posing as "medical clinics."
I hadn't been out there in a while and to my shock, an Adult Swim piece went over one of my favorite murals. I stumbled on yet another rupasboy piece pasted over a griffitti-ridden vending machine. This time, a fish with what appeared to be snail shells as scales, with hearts spewing from its mouth. A google search on rupasboy yielded very few results, and the only info I could dig up was a MySpace page that hadn't been logged into in over 6 months, zero friends and no pictures. Rupasboy is apparently from New York and has a penchant for online poker.
